Best Double Chocolate Cookie Recipe

Makes about 36 cookies

1 cup room temperature butter

2 cups of sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 eggs

2 1/4 cups of flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

3/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 f

1. In a large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar with an electric mixer.
2. Add vanilla and eggs and beat until combined.
3. Add flour, baking soda, cocoa, and salt and beat until a dough forms. about 2 min
4. Add chocolate chips and stir until combined.
5. Roll dough into 1” balls and place on to cookie sheet
6. Bake for 8-9 minutes at 350 f
7. let cool and enjoy.
